I am Mana. I dedicate myself to the expansion of consciousness by rescuing, learning, and sharing the ancient wisdom of nature.
I serve as a healing facilitator, guiding others through the natural paths and sacred medicines of the Earth.

My practices are deeply aligned with ancient traditions and Mother Nature herself. Nature is both simple and profoundly powerful. She has been here long before us—before our mothers, grandmothers, great-grandmothers, and generations beyond. The plants witnessed our ancestors' choices, learnings, and teachings. They grow from the same soil that holds our ancestors' bodies, and thus, carry their wisdom. This wisdom is expressed in every root, trunk, bark, branch, leaf, and flower. Nature continues to nurture us, offering us purified air, medicines, and food. Everything we need can be found through her—our Mother Nature. The old traditions honor this wisdom, and shamanism is a practice that preserves and shares it through diverse cultures and perspectives.​

My calling is to serve as a bridge—between the physical world and the spiritual realm, between universal consciousness and those navigating the modern world in search of healing, wisdom, and a sense of fulfillment. True contentment can only be found by turning awareness within, as the answer is always within. I am here only as a facilitator, assisting you on this inner journey.
